How can I contact you about iColor Wraps? 1. Since each order of iColor Wraps come as a set of two wraps, can I get two different colors with my order? We ship iColor Wraps as sets of two for a couple of reasons. First, since each iColor Wrap by itself is very narrow, sending them in pairs helps reduce the possibility of the wraps getting twisted and damaged in shipping. Second, having two iColor wraps of the same color will come in handy in case you should have any issues installing your first one. Back to top 2. If I remove my iColor Wrap sometime in the future, will it leave a sticky residue? Generally speaking, you should not have any issues with adhesive stuck to your iPhone if you should ever remove your iColor Wrap. The adhesive bonds stronger to the PVC material that the iColor Wrap is made of, than the metal band around your iPhone. But if there should be a spot or two of adhesive residue, simply dab the adhesive with a small piece of tape or firmly wipe it away with a paper towel. Back to top 3. How long does the iColor Glow wrap continue to glow? The iColor Glow wrap can glow between a few minutes to an hour. But, the iColor Glow wrap is not like glow sticks that cannot be recharged. The iColor Glow wrap is made of PVC that has a phosphorescent properties. Everytime your iColor Glow wrap is exposed to a light source, such as the sun or a lamp, it absorbs the light and recharges. Then, when it is dark, the iColor Glow wrap emits a glow. This cylce can be repeated again and again indefinitely. Back to top 4. How long will it take for me to receive my order? Most orders are shipped within two business days via the U.S. Post Office. We ship from our offices in Delaware, on the east coast of the United States. Most customers have reported that they receive their iColor Wraps anywhere from three days to ten days after ordering. While that has been the case of customers ordering from the U.K., France, and Japan, some other overseas destination can take up to two weeks. While we can understand that many customers want to receive their iColor Wraps right away and are even willing to pay extra for the shipping, we do not have a ability to accomodate express shipping at this time. With the iColor Wrap applied to your iPhone 4, you can access every button, port, speaker, microphone, and even the SIM card slot. We also have some specialty iColor Wraps such as the iColor Glow wrap that glows in the dark and iColor Shade Shifter wraps that change colors depending on the angle you view them from.
